One Pan Air Fryer Bacon & Eggs on Toast
This One Pan Air Fryer Bacon & Eggs on Toast is exactly the kind of breakfast I love: simple ingredients, hardly any washing up and everything cooks together in the air fryer. Bread forms the base, bacon creates the edges and the eggs cook right in the middle. Served with a fresh rocca salad on the side, it makes an easy but seriously satisfying breakfast or brunch. Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes depending on how you like your yolks, then breakfast is done.

Ingredients
- Slices of bread
- Bacon rashers
- Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chilli flakes, optional
- Fresh rocca salad, to serve
Method
- 01
Arrange the bread in an air fryer safe pan or dish, gently shaping it to create the base for each portion.
- 02
Arrange the bacon around the edges of the bread, creating a border that will help hold the egg in the centre.
- 03
Carefully crack an egg into the centre of each portion.
- 04
Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and chilli flakes if using.
- 05
Place the pan into the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how firm you like your yolks.
- 06
Start checking the eggs towards the 8 minute mark if you prefer a softer yolk. Continue cooking towards 12 minutes for a firmer yolk.
- 07
Once the bacon is cooked, the toast is crisp and the eggs are cooked to your preferred consistency, carefully remove from the air fryer.
- 08
Serve immediately with a fresh rocca salad on the side.

Lackie's Notes
The yolk is entirely your business. If you like it soft, start checking around the 8 minute mark. I prefer mine very firm, so I let it cook towards the longer end of the 8 to 12 minute range.
Keep an eye on it the first time you make this because air fryers vary, and the thickness of your bacon and size of your eggs can also affect the cooking time.
And because the bacon, eggs and toast cook together in one dish, cleanup is ridiculously easy. That's always a win.

Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with a fresh rocca salad on the side. The peppery freshness of the rocca balances the richness of the bacon, eggs and crispy toast beautifully, making this an easy but satisfying breakfast or brunch.
