Air Fryer Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels
Golden, flaky and filled with melty cheese, these Air Fryer Ham & Cheese Pinwheels are ridiculously easy to make. Puff pastry is layered with ham and cheese, rolled, sliced and cooked in the air fryer until beautifully golden. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or a quick snack, and they're just as good reheated the next day.

Lackie's Notes
Don't overcrowd the air fryer. The pastry needs room for the hot air to circulate and create those gorgeous flaky edges.
If you're making a big batch, cook them in batches rather than squeezing everything into the basket.
These are also perfect for making ahead. Once completely cooled, keep a few in an airtight container in the fridge and freeze the rest.
Reheat refrigerated pinwheels in the air fryer at approximately 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and crisp again.
