Remove the cooked shrimp, garnish with chopped fresh chives and serve hot.

Overcrowding an air fryer basket is generally not recommended because it can restrict airflow and result in uneven cooking. I cooked these shrimp in a generously filled COSORI Dual Blaze basket and was happy with the results, but where possible arrange them with sufficient space and cook in batches if necessary. Cooking time may vary depending on shrimp size, quantity and air fryer model, so ensure the shrimp are thoroughly cooked and opaque throughout before serving.

    Lackie's Notes

The shrimp were left undisturbed throughout cooking, so there is no need to flip or shake them.

Season the shrimp to your own taste, as all of the seasonings here are added to taste.

    Serving Suggestion

Serve the shrimp with a fresh salad, rice, potatoes or another starch of choice, or both for a more substantial meal. The salad in my photographs is a serving suggestion rather than part of the recipe. If you would like easy ideas, my fresh mozzarella salad and fluffy rice cooker basmati rice both work well, and my guide to how to season food has more on balancing garlic powder, paprika and chilli flakes.
