Air Fryer Crispy Potatoes and Chicken Sausages
Golden, crispy air fryer potatoes with chicken sausages, finished with chopped chives and served with garlic sauce. I seasoned the potatoes to taste, cooked them first, then added the sausages for the final 10 minutes. A simple meal that was a big hit.

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 raw chicken sausages
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cornstarch, quantity adjusted as needed
- Shichimi togarashi, to taste
- Avocado oil, as needed
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Chopped chives, for garnish
- Garlic sauce, for serving
Method
- 01
Peel the potatoes and chop them into medium-sized cubes.
- 02
Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- 03
Add salt, black pepper, cornstarch, shichimi togarashi, avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
- 04
Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.

- 05
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the COSORI Dual Blaze air fryer basket.
- 06
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.

- 07
Slice the raw chicken sausages into pieces and add them to the potatoes.
- 08
Continue cooking at 180°C for a further 10 minutes, checking that the chicken sausages are fully cooked.
- 09
Check the thickest sausage pieces with a food thermometer. Chicken sausages should reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C. If necessary, continue cooking until safely done. The recorded 10-minute sausage stage is not a universal guarantee of doneness.

- 10
Garnish with chopped chives.
- 11
Serve hot with garlic sauce or another dip of your choice.
A little from me
Lackie's Notes
I used the COSORI Dual Blaze.
The potatoes were peeled and cut into medium cubes.
The potatoes cooked alone for 15 minutes before the sausages were added.
The raw chicken sausages were cooked with the potatoes for another 10 minutes.
I adjusted the seasonings to taste rather than measuring them precisely.
Cooking times can vary depending on sausage thickness, potato size and appliance.
Check that the chicken sausages are cooked through using a food thermometer.

Serving Suggestion
I served the finished dish hot with garlic sauce for dipping. The garlic sauce was a serving accompaniment, not a homemade recipe.
