Air Fryer
Air Fryer Beef & Vegetable Filling
This Air Fryer Beef & Vegetable Filling is one of those recipes that turned out even better than expected. Thinly chopped beef is combined with onion, colourful bell peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and simple seasonings, then air fried until rich, juicy and full of flavour. I originally made it for my Beef & Cheese Pastries, but the filling is delicious enough to deserve its own recipe. ❤️

Lackie's Notes
I originally made this beef and vegetable filling for my Beef & Cheese Pastries, but after tasting it I knew it deserved its own recipe. 😂 The beef and vegetables release plenty of flavour and moisture while they cook, so I didn't add any water or stock. And with the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings, I just let the ancestors handle the measurements. 😂❤️
