Air Fryer Beef & Cheese Stuffed Brioche Buns
These Air Fryer Beef & Cheese Stuffed Brioche Buns are a simple way to use my Easy Minced Beef Filling. Fresh ready made brioche buns are hollowed out, filled with the cooked beef, covered with mozzarella and air fried until the cheese melts. A little fresh coriander and green chilli sauce finish them off.

Method
- 01
Prepare the brioche buns: cut approximately the top quarter from each brioche bun, then scoop out some of the soft bread from the centre to create a hollow for the filling.

- 02
Add the beef filling: spoon approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons of the prepared Easy Minced Beef Filling into each bun.

- 03
Add the mozzarella: cover the top of each filled bun with mozzarella cheese.

- 04
Air fry: place the buns in the air fryer, open faced, and cook at 180°C / 350°F for 7 minutes.

- 05
Finish: once cooked and the mozzarella has melted, garnish with fresh coriander and finish with a little green chilli sauce.
The 17 minute total covers preparing, assembling and air frying the buns. It doesn't include the time needed to make the Easy Minced Beef Filling.

Lackie's Notes
Make sure the minced beef filling is already cooked before you assemble the buns, as the air fryer is only warming it through and melting the cheese.
I cooked these in my COSORI Dual Blaze without preheating and didn't flip them. Air fryers vary, so keep an eye on yours towards the end. If you're wondering about preheating, have a look at Do You Need to Preheat an Air Fryer?
