Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs
Air fryer bacon and eggs are an easy way to cook breakfast together using a silicone mould. The bacon lines the individual cavities, the eggs are cracked straight inside, and they cook together in the air fryer. I like my egg yolks firm, so I cooked mine at 180°C for 8 minutes. If you prefer a runnier yolk, start checking the eggs earlier and cook them to your preferred consistency.

Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 1 x 200g pack bacon (this gave me 2 rashers around each of 6 eggs, then I ran out, so the centre egg cooked on its own)
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
- 01
Place the mould in the air fryer: put the empty 7 cavity silicone mould inside the air fryer basket before adding anything. Once it holds raw eggs it is not very stable and is difficult to move without spilling. There is no need to grease it; the bacon provides enough fat.
- 02
Line the mould with bacon: line 6 of the cavities with 2 raw bacon rashers each. The bacon does not need to be precooked; it cooks at the same time as the eggs. For this batch, the centre cavity was left without bacon because the 200g pack ran out.

- 03
Add the eggs: with the mould already in the air fryer, crack one raw egg directly into each cavity, 7 eggs in total. Six are surrounded by bacon and the centre one has none.
- 04
Season: add a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper before cooking.

- 05
Air fry: cook at 180°C for 8 minutes, with no preheating and no flipping. I checked the eggs halfway through, and 8 minutes gave me the firm yolks I prefer. If you prefer a runnier yolk, start checking the eggs earlier and cook them to your preferred consistency.

- 06
Garnish and serve: carefully remove the cooked bacon and eggs from the silicone mould, finish with fresh parsley and serve.
Esther's Tip: Move the Mould First. Place your silicone mould inside the air fryer before cracking in the eggs. Once the mould is filled with raw eggs it is not very stable, and trying to move it into the air fryer can get messy.

Lackie's Notes
Why this method works: the bacon and eggs cook together in the silicone mould, so there is no need to cook the bacon separately first. I also did not grease the mould because the bacon already provides fat as it cooks.
For this batch, I used a 200g pack of bacon: 2 rashers around each of 6 eggs, and the seventh egg cooked on its own in the centre after I ran out. If you want bacon around every egg, just make sure you have enough to line however many cavities you plan to use.
How I like my eggs: I like my yolks firm, so I cooked these at 180°C for 8 minutes. You can see the finished texture in the cut-open photo. If you prefer your yolks runnier, start checking them earlier and stop cooking when they reach the consistency you like. Air fryers can also cook differently, so keep an eye on them the first time.
I did not preheat my COSORI Dual Blaze and did not flip anything. If you're wondering about preheating, have a look at Do You Need to Preheat an Air Fryer?
