Divide the batter evenly between six disposable aluminium mini loaf tins, each approximately 200 ml in capacity. Fill each tin halfway or less to leave room for the cakes to rise.

Check the cakes using a skewer. During my cooking session, the skewer came out clean after 15 minutes.

Allow the cakes to cool before serving.

The cakes rose well above the rims of the tins without the batter spilling or overflowing. Every muffin mix and air fryer is different, so the rise and baking time may vary; always check with a skewer.

      Lackie's Notes

Equipment: COSORI TwinFry FlexDrawer GrandZone air fryer, 6 disposable aluminium mini loaf tins (approximately 200 ml each), a mixing bowl, a mixing utensil and a skewer for checking doneness.

Do not overfill the aluminium tins. Halfway or less leaves room for the batter to rise.

Use the BAKE setting where available on your air fryer.

Check the cakes for doneness with a skewer.

Allow the cakes to cool before serving. Once cooled, they are soft, moist and sweet, which makes them a good choice for anyone who enjoys sweeter bakes, including children.

Cooking results may vary depending on the air fryer and muffin mix used. Air Fryer Baking for Beginners has more general baking guidance.
